Your Propertybase GO CRM can help you create and curate your lists in addition to manually loading contacts directly.

How it Works:

admin > marketing tab > list > create list > check Smart List box

To create a Smart List, first follow the path above: Once a new list has been opened and Smart List box has been checked, new options will be opened to better define the contacts that are to be added automatically.

Once this has been checked, the following sections will appear:

1. Primary Options: These items, including First or Last name, Birthday, or Agent name pull from the basic information present on many of your contacts.
2. Advanced Options: This section will contain not only more filtered items but also reverse prospecting options:
   1. Reverse Prospecting: This is a great way to target users within your CRM looking for a specific type of property rather than other searchable items. Some items include bedroom amounts, bathroom amounts, as well as general location or specific address.
   2. Additional Search Options: This section will allow for filtering by situational items such as current living situation as well as creation date of the contact in the system.

The Smart Search mechanism works similar to a standard contact search but also allows for contacts that have a set attribute or attributes to be quickly and easily added or removed from a list for accurate marketing purposes.

Once your Smart List is completed, it can be attached to a Marketing Campaign!
