Report Types [Next Gen] Follow
Summary
Reports allow you to view relevant information about your brokerage. Depending on the type of report, you can gain insights on things like which keywords are being searched on your website the most and the financial metrics of each agent. By analyzing the data, you can make decisions on how your brokerage can be more productive.
Step by Step
To reach these reports, select the Reports tab
Contacts Report
The Contacts Report gives you a better understanding of how many contacts you are adding over a certain period of time, and where the contacts are coming from.
- Go to the Contacts Report screen under the reports section of the dashboard.
- Enter the date range that you would like to see data from
- Select how you want to group the data (Month, Week, Day, Total)
- Select the contact creation types that you want to analyze
- Select the type of contacts
- Click the "Generate report."

Contact Engagement
Contact engagement allows you to see how many contacts each agent in your brokerage has and how the contacts are receiving updates to your website.
- To view the Contact Engagement, click the "Reports" in the dashboard.
- Select Contact Engagement to the left
User Logins
User logins allow you to see how often agents are logging in to the website.
- Click the "Reports" tab in the dashboard.
- Select Login Report in the middle column
Search Terms
The Search Terms report allows you to see what most people on your website are looking for, and how many times a keyword has been searched. This can give you insight into what your clients are looking for.
- To view the Search Terms, click the "Reports" tab at the top of the page.
- Select the Search Terms option in the middle column.

Market Insights
Market Insights allows you to receive data about a real estate market area. By analyzing the data, you can see market trends in your area over time. You can also edit the data to only show certain types of properties, like condos or single-family homes.
- To view a market insight, click the "Reports" tab at the top of the page, and then click "Market Insights" in the right column. Click on the market you wish to view.
- To edit a current market insight, click the pencil icon to the right of the insight you want to change.
- To create a new market insight, click the "New Market Insight" button on the top right.
- You must include the name of the market area, and one of the following: Town/Neighborhood, Zip Code, Subdivision, Area/County, or a Custom Neighborhood.
- You then need to pick the MLS that you wish to pull data from.
- Click "Create Market Insight"
Agent Adoption
Agent adoption allows you to see the activity of agents, including their activity with contacts, CRM activity, and marketing activity.
- To view Agent Adoption, click the "Reports" tab at the top of the page.
- Click the Agent Adoption option in the right column.
Email Marketing Visibility Report
The email marketing visibility report allows you to see how many people your email campaign reached.
- To view the email marketing visibility report, click the "Reports" tab at the top of the page.
- Click Email Marketing Visibility Report in the right-hand column
Revenue By Agent
Revenue by agent allows you to see the financial metrics of each agent, including things like the number of transactions and the average closing price.
- To view revenue by agents, click the "Reports" tab at the bottom of the page.
- Click the Revenue By Agent option in the right-hand column.
Revenue By Source
Revenue by source allows you to see the metrics of each contact source. You can see how many contacts each one has created and financial metrics associated with them. By looking at the data, you can determine which contact source is resulting in the highest financial gains.
- To view revenue by agents, click the "Reports" tab at the bottom of the page.
- Click the Revenue By Source option in the right-hand column.
FAQ
Q: Is there further reporting available?
A: There is Transaction Reporting available if Propertybase NextGen is being used with a transaction software, such as Back Office. If this is active, the reporting will appear below the given options.
How does this differ for agents?
The Reporting tab is accessible to Admin and Broker level agents, only.
