Through the Dashboard, you have access to all the Events and Tasks that you have scheduled through the platform. Events and Tasks appear on the Dashboard in a list format, one list for Events, and another for Tasks. The lists available on the Dashboard gives you a quick screenshot of all the 'overdue,' 'due today,' 'due tomorrow,' and 'overdue' tasks and events, as well as how far in the future they may be. From the Dashboard, you have a couple of options; you can view all the tasks and events you have in the platform or view a specific task or event. - To view the Events and Tasks on the Dashboard, you simply click on the name of the event or task; this will lead you to more detail about it.
- To view all events follow the link to the 'View All' option; this will lead you to a calendar view of all past, present, and future events.
- To view all tasks follow the 'View All' option, this will lead you to a list view of all the tasks in the platform, from here you can create, edit, and filter all tasks.
Q: How can I view content from additional calendars?
A: By clicking on the "Upcoming Events" button, you will be brought to the events tab and calendar view.
How does this differ for agents?
The Task & Events area of the Dashboard is viewable by Admin and Broker level users. These are also available to view by Agents that these tasks were created by or assigned to.
