Top Contacts are the leads that you should prioritize in your outreach programs. To determine which leads are top contacts, we use a proprietary algorithm that takes count of a user's actions on your website, and multiplies those actions on a sliding scale. This is the "Lead Score" that you see at the bottom of the Contact. A higher score means that a user is highly active on your website, which makes the user a "Top Contact." The score takes recency into account; so if the user has not been active in a while, the score will decrease over time, eventually reaching zero.
Top Contacts allows you to be more efficient when pursuing leads because it allows you to see who is most engaged (and therefore most interested!) in buying or selling a home. We recommend reviewing their Website Activity or reaching out right away!

Q: Why can't I see any top contacts?
A: As an agent, you will only see the top contacts that you personally have. If you don't have any contacts yet, you won't see any!
