Teams and offices are visible to both the public and admin views.

*In order to create an office or team, agents will need to be created before starting this process.

Step by Step

To view the current offices:

admin > offices

To Create a New Office:

admin > offices > create button

1. Select Offices from the inline menu
2. Select create button
3. Follow menus to adjust additional components of the new office:
   1. Primary information
   2. Additional Details
   3. Office Settings
   4. Web Details
   5. Social Media, Search Engine Meta Info

Many of these are not required; however, they can benefit page appearance and search. Under this section, there will be options to create custom signatures for the included members.

To View Current Teams:

admin > agents > search bar > filter by type "team"

To Create a New Team:

admin > agents > create > create team

1. Select the agent from the settings menu
2. Select create button and then the drop-down item for "create team"
3. Fill out team information
   1. Primary Information
   2. Additional Details
   3. Office
   4. Web Details
   5. Social Media
   6. Agent Accreditation, Feed & SSO
   7. Search Engine Meta Info
   8. Team Members - to be added to a team, an agent profile must already have been completed.

Many of these are not required; however, they can benefit page appearance and search. Under this section, there will be options to create custom signatures for the included members.

Definitions/Context

• Teams - Groups of admin, brokers, agents, and/or employees that can be added to a set list. These lists can include representatives in multiple physical offices.
• Offices - Physical locations that agents, brokers, employees, and admins belong to.

These two options can overlap in some, if not all, areas.

How does this differ for agents?

The options to change some settings will differ by access level. Admin and Broker users have full access to settings above.
