With SMS Notifications, agents can now receive real-time SMS Text Notifications when leads take action on their website. High-impact activities such as creating a new saved search, inquiring about a specific property, or send a listing to a friend will automatically send a text message to the agent who owns the lead. The notification will include details on what action was taken and will include a link directly back to the appropriate information in the CRM. This feature will allow you to capitalize on lead activity and follow up directly in a much quicker fashion.
Agents can designate their own text elections. Admin and Broker roles can change their text elections as well as the other admin, agent, or broker level profiles.
**SMS notifications will only be sent if the agent has entered a valid cell phone number
Turning on SMS Notifications:
admin > agent/employee > select desired agent > SMS notifications > select chosen SMS notifications
1. To change SMS messaging options or set it up for the first time, start by choosing the agent selection in the inline menu
2. Check the box new to the agent to edit
3. Select Edit Agent button
4. Select the SMS notifications to be turned on or off and click Update Agent to save changes

How does this differ for agents?
SMS notifications will be visible for Admin, Brokers, and Agents. Also, Admin and Brokers can set SMS notifications for teams in addition to the personal level.
