Summary

The My Listings section on the dashboard provides the ability to search, view, and filter listings from the MLS and from Propertybase MLS (if enabled). This Dashboard widget will show up to 5 active listings based on most recent updates from the MLS. 

Listings associated with Agents or Offices whose MLS IDs are configured in the settings will be automatically pulled in from the MLS or MLS's enabled for the brokerage. For example, when an agent adds a listing to an MLS that is integrated with Propertybase it will automatically be entered into the system and assigned to the agent that owns it in the MLS.

Clicking the "View All" button will take the user to Sales Exclusives, where they can see all the listings they own.

How is this different for an Agent?

In a broker/admin view, you are able to view all the listings assigned to the brokerage whereas in the agent view, you are only able to see listings for which you are the listing or co-listing agent.
