Creating an Office [Next Gen] Follow
Summary
Many brokerages have multiple offices, whether that be within the same state or if you are a nationwide brokerage, we want you to be able to display all the places that you are available to help prospective clients.
How To
admin > inline menu > offices > create
- From the dashboard click on the profile icon in the top right corner, a drop-down menu will appear, follow that to the 'Offices' option under the Roster section
- This will lead you to a new page with a list of the all the offices that are already in the platform
- To create a new office click on the 'Create' button in the top left
- This will lead you to a new screen where you can fill in all the information about the office, including:
- Primary Information - This is the section where you fill in the office name, address, and where people can find or contact you.
- Additional Details - This is where you can put in contact information that is not required, for example, your fax or toll-free number.
- Office Settings - If you are utilizing RealSatisfied for your RealEstate Surveys please add the following information:
- Real Satisfied Officed
- Real Satisfied API UserName
- Real Satisfied API UserName
- Franchise (Add Agent MLS ID)
- RealSatisfied API Docs > click here
- Web Details - Here is where you hyperlink the website for the office, make sure it begins with 'https://'
- Social Media - Here is where you copy-paste the link to all social media you want to be made public on the website.
- Search Engine Meta Info is what appears on search engine result pages when a website comes up for specific parameters or keywords used during the search process. It includes the title of the page and its meta description (descriptive text below the title).
- Hit 'Create'!
How does this differ for agents?
Creating/Editing an Office is only available to Brokers and Admins however the Offices are visible to Agents and end-user Clients.
