Roster Management - Advanced Search and Filtering [Next Gen] Follow
Summary
Roster management is an option available to both Agents and Brokers in order to narrow down the list of Agents, Employees, Offices, and Executive Teams. This function can be helpful for large or small brokerages to be efficient in creating a list of eligible people.
Agent
- The filtering options for the Agent & Brokers list include 'Name' and 'Email' which are text fill-in options. The other filters 'Office', 'Role', 'Display', 'Contact Management', and 'Active' are all drop-down menus. You can fill in as many or as little filter options as you please.
- Once you complete your filter options, the list will only show those who fit your description.
- If you want to take away one of your filter options hit the 'X' next to the tab on the top of the list.

Agent Team
- In order to narrow the agent list down to only teams, select Team under the Role dropdown.
- This will give you a list of all the teams in the system
- You can continue to narrow down this list with the other filter options if you wish

Employee
- The filter options for Employees is very similar to Agents.
- 'Name' and 'Email' are both text fill-in option
- 'Office', 'Role', 'Display', and 'Active' are all drop-down menus

Office
- The offices' tab has simply three options to narrow down the list, 'Name', 'Display', and 'Active'
- If you only have one office with your brokerage there is no need to filter the list it will only show you the office you have
- Once you complete your filter options, the list will only show those who fit your description.
- If you want to take away one of your filter options hit the 'X' next to the tab on the top of the list.

Executive Team
- There are only two options to filter the Executive Team, 'Name' and 'Email', both of these are text fill-in fields.
- Once you complete your filter options, the list will only show those who fit your description.

How does this differ for agents?
Admin and Broker users can access this function by way of the Agent page. This is not available to Agent level users.
