With SMS Notifications, agents can now receive real-time SMS Text Notifications when leads take action on their website. High-impact activities such as creating a new saved search, inquiring about a specific property, or send a listing to a friend will automatically send a text message to the agent who owns the lead. The notification will include details on what action was taken and will include a link directly back to the appropriate information in the CRM. This feature will allow you to capitalize on lead activity and follow up directly in a much quicker fashion.

Contact Favorites a Property - A client favored a property while logged in to their account
Contact Looks at a Property {x} times - A client has viewed a property a settable amount of times
Contact Fills Out a New Contact Form - A new contact has filled out their information as an inquiry
Contacts logic score exceeds {x} - When the logic score of the customer goes over a certain amount, which is settable
Contact Sends a Listing to a Friend - A client chooses to send the listing to another person via the website option
Contact Adds a Property Note - A client makes a note within their profile while logged in
Contact is Back On Your Site / Returns after 30 days of inactivity - A client starts becoming active after 30 days of being dormant
A Task Has Been Assigned To You - When a new task has been assigned by either yourself or another party
How does this differ for agents?
SMS notifications will be visible for Admin, Brokers, and Agents. Also, Admin and Brokers can set SMS notifications for teams in addition to the personal level.
