Easily access information for Active Transactions directly from your Propertybase GO dashboard. Transaction data is powered by our Back Office tools, or you can take advantage of our integrations with Dotloop, DocuSign, or Skyslope. If you do not have a Transaction provider connected to your CRM, no data will display here.
From the dashboard, you are able to view currently active transactions. You have the option to search for transactions by property address, client name, or client phone number. If you would like to see more than the transactions presented on the dashboard, you can view them by clicking the "View All" button in this module, or clicking the tab on the top of the page labeled "Transactions."
How is this different for Agents?
Transaction data will only be visible for transactions that you own. If you do not have any transaction data stored in the connected system, no transactions will display.
