Summary

Sales Exclusives are properties that are only listed with a select brokerage. As these listings are exclusive, it is best to boost these properties to show the businesses' repertoire.

How To Create and Edit:

admin > listings >  dropdown menu > enhance exclusive listings

1. From your listings page, select the listing you would like to edit and click the three dots in the top left corner of the listing. 
2. This will open a drop-down menu titled 'More Options,' select the 'Enhance Exclusive Listings.' You will be lead to a page similar to below where you can edit the listing. 
   
3. You can edit:
   1. Primary Information:
      • In this section, you can decide if the listing is on the Feature Page Display, Home Page, and/or Removed from all feeds.
        
      • You can copy-paste the link to the agent website, property website, and a video of the site, if available.
      • Showing Instructions, Entry Instructions, Owner Instructions, and Special Info are all text fill-in options. 
   2. Lifestyles - In this section, you can inform potential buyers if the property is near water, a country club, a city, a retirement neighborhood, etc. 
   3. Photos - If you would like to use the MLS photos, you can, or you can add your pictures of the property by uploading or dragging them into this section. 
   4. Documents - You can add a .pdf document here.
   5. Resources - You can add any resources to the system here. 

FAQ

Q: How can I view these listings?

A: These listings can be viewed via the Listings tab and selecting Brokerage Exclusive Listings. This will be the default view upon accessing this tab.

Q: My Exclusive Listings are not showing! What do I do?

A: There are several items that need to be checked:

• Access the listing in the site backend and ensure that the MLS IDs present for your listing match those that are within your own site. You will want to check:
  • admin > inline menu > edit profile
  • admin > inline menu > settings > mls
    • **Always be sure to save your changes**
• Once this has been checked, the next step would be to ensure that the Exclusive listing checkboxes are checked:
  • admin > listings tab > locate listing (ensure to choose proper status when searching)
  • After locating the listing, click on it and choose Enhance Exclusive Listing
  • Ensure appropriate checkboxes are checked
• After this has been reviewed, ensure that the correct Property Types are chosen:
  • admin > inline menu > settings > property types

Difference between Agent and Broker

Admin level users or listing owners can edit or "Enhance" Sales Exclusives to further highlight the proprietary property. Agent level users that are not property owners are not able to edit.
