Summary

Bookmarks are a way for you to access any internal page (within the Propertybase GO system) in a two-click process that you use often and do not want to waste time going through multiple steps to access. 

Creating and Deleting a Bookmark

1. Bookmarks are accessed through the Quick Actions Tab in the Upper Right of the Screen.
2. Bookmarks are at the bottom of the Quick Actions Menu. Here, you can access all bookmarks you have already made and create new bookmarks.
3. To create a new bookmark, go to the page (in the Propertybase GO system) you would like to bookmark. Hit Quick Actions, then Create Bookmark, Name it, and Hit Bookmark It!
4. To delete a bookmark, go to the page for the bookmark (e.g., click on the bookmark). On that page, reopen the Quick Actions Tab, where the "Create" button for bookmarks is now a "Remove Bookmark" button. Click that button, and the bookmark will be removed.
   
   

FAQ's

Q: Can I rename Bookmarks?

A: Currently, Bookmarks cannot be renamed. To change the name of a bookmark you created, simply delete it and create a new one.

Difference between agent and broker

Bookmarks are created the same way, whether you have a broker or admin permissions. Everyone has their own Bookmarks.
