Listing Reports are automated emails that deliver to the leads and/or contacts in your database. If you're trying to find out how to simply message a contact, go here. This shows your clients how frequently their listing has been viewed, clicked, and more. Here, we will explain how to set one up.
Step by Step
admin > listings tab > select property > actions drop down > view listing report
- Click "Listings" at the top of the page and search for the listing that you wish to send notifications on.
- When you click on the listing, an "Actions" button will be on the top right of the screen. From the drop-down, click "View Listing Report".
- From here, you can change the date range to show information only from the time period you are interested in. You can also subscribe to contacts to receive automatic report updates.
- When you scroll down, you can see User Interactions and Website Activity for the listing based on the time frame that you chose.
How does this differ for Agents?
Admin, Broker, and Agent level users can access this option.
