Summary

Layouts to be used in email marketing can contain several types of content to help customize and personalize. Most of these options can be configured directly in these menus, however, agent signature must be configured on the agent profile section.

Layout Content Options

To view the current layouts, see the path below:

Types of Layout Content:

Title Options:

• Title Text - What is the title of the email being sent?
• Font Weight - Adjust the boldness of the text
• Font Size - Adjust font sizing
• Font Color - Adjust font color, can be different than other pieces of the email
• Align - Select if the title is to be centered or off to one side
• Line Height - Adjust how big the spacing is between lines
• Padding - Adjust how much room is left on the sides of the text

Text Options:

• Paragraph Text - Insert text to be in paragraph block
• Font Weight - Adjust the boldness of the text

• Font Color - Adjust font color, can be different than other pieces of the email
• Align - Select if text is to be centered or off to one side

Image Options:

• Number of Images - Adjust how many images are in a certain block
• Image Padding - Adjust how much room is left on the sides of the image
• Image 1 Link URL - Paste URL link of image to be added
• Image 1 Width - Adjust how wide the image can be scaled

Image and Caption Options:

• Number of Images - Adjust how many images are in a certain block
• Image Padding - Adjust how much room is left on the sides of the image
• Caption Position - Since this is a combined block, decide which side the text will appear on
• Font Size - Adjust font sizing
• Font Color - Adjust font color, can be different than other pieces of the email
• Caption Align - Select if caption is to be centered or off to one side
• Image 1 Link URL - Paste URL link of image to be added
• Image 1 Width - Adjust how wide the image can be scaled
• Paragraph Text - Insert text to be in paragraph block

Spacer Options:

• Height - Adjust the size of the spacer

Button Options:

• Link - Set up where button will bring client
• Text - Add words to button (like submit or Show Me!)
• Align - Select if button is to be centered or off to one side
• Font Size - Adjust font sizing
• Font Color - Adjust font color, can be different than other pieces of the email
• Button Border - Adjust color of button outline or shadow
• Button Color - Adjust button color to catch attention
• Button Border Radius - Adjust button border size

Divider Options:

• Border Width - Adjust how thick or thin dividers are
• Border Style - Adjust the type of border, such as solid or dashed
• Border Color - Adjust the color of the border

Listing Options:

• Number of Properties - Adjust how many properties are to be spotlighted
• Number of Images Per Property - Select amount of pictures to be shown with each listing
• Image Padding - Adjust how much room is left on the sides of the image
• Property Align - Select if property display is to be centered or off to one side
• Descriptions/Amenities - Select which items to spotlight such as Price, Beds, Type, Full/Half Bath, Open Houses, Description, Total Baths, Square Feet, Agent Info

• Agent Signatures can be inserted

Social Media Options:

• Align - Select if social media buttons are to be centered or off to one side
• Section Padding - Adjust how much room is left on the sides of the link
• Background Color - What color is behind the social media section
• Button Background Color - What color is behind the social media buttons
• Social Icon Border Radius -  Adjust thickness of social media icon borders
