Summary

Messaging is a tool available to all agents and brokers with all contacts, as long as they have valid up to date contact information. To access messages with a specific contact, you can find them under the 'Messages' tab under their profile. Within messages, there is a tab for 'sent messages,' 'taken messages,' and 'text messages.'
