An advanced search and filtering option is available to provide an easier view of existing created email lists.

Step by Step

admin > email marketing > lists > filter/funnel button

1. Starting on the admin page, select the Email Marketing tab
2. Select the lists tab
3. Click the filter/funnel button to open the filters

In the advance filtering menu, there are multiple options in which to further pinpoint the desired lists.

• Name: What is the name of the email list or what does it contain?
• Type: What kind of list is this?
  • Personal
  • Agent
  • Office
  • Admin/Agent only
• Company: If there are multiple offices or companies listed within a website
• Smartlist: Is this a Smartlist?
  • Yes
  • No
  • Both

Definitions/Context

Here is some insight to the above filter and search options

• Name: What is the name of the email list or what does it contain?
• Type: What kind of list is this?
