Sometimes it can become confusing looking for an email campaign when you have a lot of them. By using filters, you can quickly find the campaign you need.

Step by Step

admin> email marketing > filter or funnel icon

You can use advanced filtering on any of the email types: Campaigns, Content, or Lists. What you filter by will change between each section, but the general principle is the same.

1. To select filters, click on the filter icon to the left of the search bar.
2. To find a campaign, you can select the type of campaign (Blast or Drip), the status of the campaign (active, scheduled, paused), or even the type of campaign. By using these features, you can find all of the campaigns you are looking for.

How does this differ for agents?

Admin, Broker, and Agent level users. Admin and Broker level users can search all campaigns while Agents can review only their own campaigns.
