If you accidentally assign a task to the wrong person, or if you just need to pass the task off to someone else, it's really easy to do.
Step by Step
admin > task & events > select desired contact > edit
1. Click on the "Task & Events" tab at the top of the page.
2. Search for the desired task in the search bar and select it.
3. Once the task is open, click the "Edit" button on the top right.
4. In the "Details" section, delete the agent that the tasks are currently assigned to, and then replace it with the correct agent.
When relevant, include a Q&A format that covers some questions that a user might ask. Typically, this centers around 1) where the data is coming from, 2) extent to which customization is possible, 3) frequency of data updates, and 4) the difference between what agents v. brokers have access to.
How does this differ for agents?
Admin and Broker level users have access to reassign tasks to different Agents.
