Tools - Reservation [Next Gen] Follow
Summary
The reservation tool is used to reserve conference rooms or other work areas for any need. Keep in mind that the reservation tool is only available to users who have back-office integration and admin permissions.
How To
dashboard > profile > reservations > back office
- From the dashboard click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, in the drop-down menu select reservations, this will open a new tab opening back-office integration.
- To create a reservation:
- select the room you would like to reserve and this will open a calendar view. All green options mean that time and date is available for reservation, grey means that time or date has already passed, blue means that time or date is already reserved.
- select the time and date you would like to reserve that room for, this will bring you to a new screen
- once you review all the information about the reservation and it is correct, accept the terms and conditions, and hit 'Confirm Reservation'
