To use this functionality, you will need a transaction management integration with Dotloop, Docusign Transaction Rooms, or Skyslope.
Once that is established, this report will show you some information about the transactions your agents are working in the Propertybase GO Platform.
This report includes a high-level view on key revenue metrics such as total transactions, average transaction size, lead-to-close ratio, total projected commission, and more.
Step by Step
admin> reports > revenue by agent
1. Use the dropdown at the top left and a date range to search whether the report will show you:
- "Lead Created" - the agents with transactions prioritized by the number of Leads they have with transactions.
- "Transaction Closing" - the agents with transactions that have closed.
2. You can use the arrows to sort and order the various columns.
Contacts Created: Total number of leads created by the Agent, in the selected timeframe.
Average Logic Score: The average Logic Score for all leads owned by that particular Agent, in the selected timeframe. Rounded to the nearest whole number. (see exactly how Lead Score is calculated here)
Transactions: Total number of transactions for the Agent from any source type in the selected timeframe.
Closed Transactions: The total number of transactions closed by the Agent in the selected timeframe.
Average Closing Price: The average price of all transactions closed by the Agent, in the selected timeframe.
Gross Commission Income: The sum of all commission from transactions closed by the Agent, in the selected timeframe.
Total Projected Commission: The sum of all commission for every transaction type (but Invalid) associated with that Agent. Includes transactions with a Projected Closing Date that is within the selected timeframe.
