If you are an Admin and Broker of the brokerage, you are able to view a basic summary of the company's Agents activity information
Step by Step
admin > reports > agent adoption
1. Starting on the admin page, select the Reporting tab followed by Agent Adoption
2. Click on the agent's name to go to their profile and review the activities that have been completed.
A: What counts as activity?
Q: Activity can mean multiple different tasks in the CRM, such acting on tasks and events, contacting a customer, or saving a search for a client.
How does this differ for agents?
Only users with Admin and Broker level permissions have access to the Agent Adoption report.
