- Make sure to fill in all the fields in the Text Concierge tab within the quick setup tool. Please note what you would like us to do with leads that need to be prequalified, rental leads, and leads that are currently working with an agent in the Concierge Notes section. Please also include what the best days and times are to set an appointment.
- You can monitor conversations your leads are having and claim leads from the Text Concierge section of the lead profile.
- Lookout for urgent messages and appointment notifications sent to you via text and email; this means its time for you to take over a conversation.
