Maximizing Text Concierge Follow
Are you setting yourself up for success with Text Concierge? Here is a list of items that will help ensure you ready to go.
- Fill out your Text Concierge settings in the Text Concierge tab in the quick setup guide and provide as much information as possible, enabling our team to quickly ensure that they are providing your leads with accurate information that matters to you. Here is the list of critical items we need to improve success rates.
- States in which you are licensed
- How long you have been a licensed real estate agent
- How far from your targeted cities or areas you are willing to travel to meet leads in person or for a showing on a possible new home
- Your willingness to work with leads looking to rent, rent to own, or mobile homeowners. Please note in the “Additional Information” section if you DO NOT work with any such leads.
- The best days and times to set appointments for you.
- Please fill out the notes section with any additional information you might have for the team, such as preferred lender information or specific questions you might want us to ask (we ask that you limit this to three).
- Wait to claim a lead until you receive a follow-up call or urgent message. When you need to take action on any lead, you will receive a text message and email notification.
