New Features

• Webhooks- Boston Logic’s webhooks enable third parties to get real-time updates from our system. Webhooks are similar to APIs, but allow us to push data out to third-parties.

• Customize “Similar Property” criteria

  • Admin > Settings > Property Search > Similar Property Criteria

  • Broker or admin can set the following parameters that will define a similar property:

    • Price

    • Beds

    • Baths

    • Location

• There is now a new Lead Setting which, when enabled, will automatically create a saved search for new leads coming from third-party property inquiries, based on the defined similar property criteria.

Bugs & Platform Fixes

• Reverse prospecting tool was pulling in agents from other brokerages to the find buyers report.

• When adding agents and brokers to a company, there was an error saying there were no lead management accounts set up.

• There was an error message when importing Microsoft Exchange contacts.
