The Propertybase GO Platform is now able to send text messages to agents alerting them of their pending leads and allowing them to accept or reject the leads right from their phones. 

To enable this feature, "Agents required to accept leads" must be turned on for the company. This can be done in the lead settings of the site. 

Settings > Configuration > Lead > "Agents Required To 'Accept' Leads?"

Once this is enabled, an agent only needs to edit their profile to enter a cell phone number and toggle on text message notifications. 

My Profile > Edit > "Receive Lead Notifications Via SMS?"

Now, when a lead is assigned to the agent and pending acceptance, they will receive a text message prompting them to accept or reject the lead.

The agent will receive a text with the lead name and source, and links to accept or reject the lead.
