Agent Search Options allow users to search for agents by several different categories. 

Agent Search by Name and Offices

Settings > Configurations > Agents/Offices > under Agent Index Search Options > check box Agent Search by Name on Agent Index

Agent Search by Accreditations

Agent accreditations can be created and associated with agents under their profiles. Once done, users can search for agents using the accreditation categories on the front end. 

To enable and create accreditations, go to Settings > Configurations > Agents/Offices > under Agent Index Search Options, check the box for Agent Search by Accreditations on Agent Index. 

Once done, click on the Agent & Office Info tab, scroll down to fill in the accreditations under the Agent Accreditations field > Save Settings. The accreditations can be separated by commas, and are custom to your site. (You'll see three examples below on our training site, but these were custom created by us.)  They can be anything you'd like!

The accreditations will be available when searching for agents in the front end. 

Agent search by Spoken Language

Settings > Configurations > Agents/Offices > under Agent Index Search Options > check box Agent search by Spoken Language on Agent Index.
