You are able to set which advanced search fields to populate for search on the back and front end of your site. This will limit users to only search by the chosen fields. 

Path: Settings > Configurations > Property Search > under Sales, go to Advanced Search Settings. 

Front end - choose the fields you want to generate on the front end of your site. 

Back end - choose the fields you want to generate on the back end of your site. This is only visible to agents, employees, brokers of the brokerage. 

Save Settings once done for the information to populate.
