Congraulations on your new Agent Website! There are so many great features and tools that come with your new platform. Let's go over the top five steps you should take when first logging onto your Boston Logic platform.
1. Update Your Profile & Platform Settings
Check out the Profile tab - click on your photo in the upper right hand corner to open the profile dropdown list. There, you'll find your profile, settings, and how you can easily view your site on the front end. You'll want to update your profile with a new bio, enter your MLS ID under the profile settings tab and select which properties you'd like to display on your about page.
Once that's complete, move onto the Settings tab. You'll want to enter your contact information, upload a new logo (if option this is available to you), and select the default search settings under the property search tab. Additionally, you'll need to enter your MLS ID again, this time into the MLS settings tab. This will allow your Sales Exclusives to pull down for display on your website.
Check out our Settings help article to learn more.
2.) Next, you'll want to update your homepage on the front end of your website (the client facing side). To start, you'll want to go to the "Content" tab at the top of the platform. Here you'll be able to update the theme photo, add any callouts to your site (**please note this might be different depending on your theme), and edit/create new pages which you can link to your site via the menu tool. This step also includes checking off your featured listings or sales exclusives which you'd like to be displayed on your /featured page or featured properties carousal on your homepage.
3.) Now that your site is setup on the client facing side, let's upload your current contacts and leads. All of the tools you need to upload your current client base can be found under the "Leads" tab.
There are four ways to add leads/contacts to the system:
Manually enter them one by one
Created organically through lead routing selected from the brokerage's site (leads only)
Connected through your gmail or office 365 accounts (contacts only)
