If you receive an email requesting you to re-authorize your Microsoft/Google account with us, please do not be alarmed! This is a system generated email when we have unsuccessfully attempted to reestablish a connection. We will try to reconnect to your account over a 24 hour period (since the connection ended). The email is sent when the connection has been dropped for more than 24 hours.
All you'll need to do is sign onto your Boston Logic site and re-authorize/reconnect to the tool whose connection has dropped.
