New Features that Empower Agents Follow
1. Brokerage-Wide Lead Search for Agents
With the check of a setting, agents will have the ability see what agent the lead they are searching for is assigned to and message the assigned agent. Please see this help document for additional information.
2. Allow Agents To Use This List For Their Campaigns
With the check of a box, agents will have the ability to send an email marketing event to all members of a company list regardless of who the lead/contact is assigned to.
This gives agents the ability to mass market to brokerage-provided Leads and Contacts. An example use-case would be a List, created by the brokerage, of all the agents in your MLS. So the agent can market their new listing to every agent in the MLS.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
If the "Allow Agents To Use This List For Their Campaigns?" box is checked and an agent adds their personal leads to the list, other agents will be able to market to those leads as if the lead is assigned to the other agent.
