Brokers and Admins can create a redirect to link a path on your site to a local or external link. This is great for SEO, old listings that you may not want people to be able to see on your site, or a sold listing that the new homeowner might have asked be removed from the site.

Example: www.yourdomain.com/bostonrealestate can be linked to www.yourdomain.com/boston-real-estate or an external link. To set this up simply...

1.) Go to Content > Redirects > Create New Redirect

2.) Name the Redirect.

3.) Enter the path of the page the user will land on. (e.g. /listings-for-sale-in-boston-ma)

4.) Enter the new page path (e.g. /boston-homes-for-sale) or the full URL (including https://) in the Redirect URL field.

5.) Choose who can access the redirect. (e.g. If you do not want your customers to be able to see this page, deselect the checkbox for "Lead Access?" and "Anonymous User Access?")

Note: To redirect from a sold listing on behalf of a new homeowner, you will need the "Path" of the page with the sold listing (e.g. /123-example-dr-boulder) so that you can add a "Redirect Url" that will display a "Not Found" error (e.g. /404-property) or will take the user back to the search page (e.g. /searches/new), depending on which you prefer. 

As the new homeowner is probably looking to ultimately have their house removed from all real estate websites, after you have honored their request by creating a redirect on your own site, you may want to suggest that they contact the listing agent (if it is not you) and request that it be removed from the MLS feed.
