Creating Showing Sheets [Website Builder] Follow
Path: Property > Sales Search > check box "Add To Showing Sheet"
This tool is available for both sales and rentals back-end searches (if you have a rentals component enabled). Once logged in, go to Property>Sales Search. You will notice a checkbox next to each listing in back-end search results labeled "Add To Showing Sheet." Checking this box adds the listing to a sheet with important information about each listing added, including the primary image and the public description. You can add as many listings as you like to a showing sheet. You can also associate a sheet with a lead and email the sheet directly to the lead, title the sheet for reference, and add a date and time for the showing. In addition, when you click the "Create Showing Sheet" button, you are also given the option to print the listing sheet. To begin creating a Showing Sheet, simply check at least one Add To Showing Sheet checkbox in back-end search results.
Add your relevant information including a title for the showing sheet, a lead (choose from type-ahead) you're creating the showing sheet for (this will link to the lead's detail page for email delivery information), a showing date/time if one has been determined, and any additional information you'd like to send to the lead via the comments section. You also have the option to Remove Listing Agent Information from the chosen listing details - Click "Save" once done.
You are able to map up to 8 properties (through Google Maps). Once the sheet is generated with listings information, scroll down to enter a Start/End point and select the stops in between to generate an efficient showing route - click "Map Route" once done.
Click on Print Showing Sheet to print. Select the "Email Showing Sheet" button in order to send the showing sheet directly to the lead who is assigned to the sheet. If there isn't a lead assigned to the showing sheet, you will not have the "Email Showing Sheet" button.
If there are others who should receive the showing sheet, please enter their email addresses under Additional Recipients to send out additional copies of the showing sheet. ***This send button will only apply to those which are entered into the additional emails field. To send to the assigned agent, please us the "Emailing Showing Sheet" button at the top of the page.
The email delivery stats will appear within the lead's detail page if a lead is assigned to the showing sheet. This can be found under leads > my leads > select your lead > view the showing sheets tab. If the "Emailed?" column reads "No," this means the email was not sent to the lead through the "Email Showing Sheet" button. The email stats are only linked to the top send button on the showing sheet. Email stats are not tracked for the additional emails added.
If the "Emailed?" column reads "Yes," you'll be able to view the email history including dates for delivery, received and opened.
