An agent can include major career highlights, achievements, specialties under his/her profile page. This can be done by the agent or any admin/broker on behalf of the agent. 

An agent adding his/her own highlights

    My Profile > Edit > Agent Highlight

Click on the bio picture circle in the back end, select My Profile to go to your profile page, click Edit. Once in, scroll down to Agent Highlight to add in your content > Update once done.

    Office Tools > Agents and Brokers > click Edit (pencil icon) on the agent you want to add highlight. 

Scroll down to add in the Agent Highlight > Update once done. 

Once updated, changes to Agent Highlight will reflect on the front end agent profile page, next to Agent Bio.
