With the Propertybase GO platform, leads can create custom searches on maps using the polygon tool. The polygon tool helps leads visualize their search and choose exactly where they want to buy or rent a home. Leads can choose a specific area that they are interested in – this may be a specific block, part of a neighborhood, or multiple neighborhoods.

Now, on the back end, brokers and agents can use the polygon tool to create custom neighborhoods. These neighborhoods can be named and placed in the quick or advanced search bar. This way, if you notice a lot of searches by leads in an area, or want to draw attention to a specific area, you can create a custom neighborhood that will appear in the search bar.
