If you have an account with a live chat provider, you are able to enter the ID code into the back end settings of your site to enable the live chat feature on the front end.
Path: Settings > Configurations > Marketing > Live Chat Settings.
Currently, we have ID fields for the following live chat provider:
- Contact At Once
- Ready Chat
- Ask Avenue
Enter your live chat provider ID into its correspondent field. You have the option to limit the chat feature to parent site only and/or disable it when the user is logged in.
Save Settings once done to enable your live chat.
