Path: Settings > configuration > property display > similar properties criteria 

You now have the ability to display similar properties while on a property's detail page on the front end (live site). Similar properties are just that, properties that match the listing your viewing based on certain criteria that you can now update. You'll be able to select the deviation percentage for price and deviation for number of beds/baths. Additionally, you can keep the listings within the town limits or create a search radius (up to 30 miles). This is a great way to keep your clients engaged and gives them a wider range of listings they might be interested in pursuing.
