The Quick Action Toolbar can be accessed under the Dashboard when logging into the back end of your site, or by clicking on the four-square icon locate at the top right (next to your profile icon) corner of your back end screen. 

The Quick Action Toolbar is easily accessible while navigating through the back end of your site, and allows users to quickly and easily perform any of the following actions. 

• Adding A Lead Manually
• Creating A Task
• Creating An Event
• Send An Email To A Lead/Contact
• Send An Internal Message
• Open The Integration For CloudCMA (if enabled)
