The following is a curated list of updates to the Boston Logic by Propertybase platform during the week of July 1 - 5, 2019.

Product Enhancements

• We have made several usability improvements to our property search functionality, making it easier for users to use the search fields on both mobile and desktop devices. These enhancements include:
  • Added an option to Close the More advanced search window on desktop and mobile so it's clear to users that they need to take action once they have made their selections.
  • Updated the main search filter functionality such that interacting with the add/subtract beds and baths options, or min/max prices option, will keep the window open until the user has made all their selections. Previously a user who wanted to search for multiple bedrooms had to re-open the window to select additional options or select both a minimum and maximum price.
  • Updated the layout so that the General Listing Info section no longer gets cut off by a second row of placeholder text in the seaerch bar.
  • The "Types" header gets a number when checkboxes under Status get checked off. This number was disappearing when the map view was not turned on, but that has now been rectified.
• We have updated the language displayed on the page where users can update their saved search criteria, most commonly found by following the "Updated saved search criteria" link in saved search emails. The page now makes it clear that a user must select at least one of the following options in order to update or create a saved search: Include New Properties, Include Status Changes, Include Price Changes, or Include All Changes.

MLS Updates

• Newly Added MLS: Yes MLS. Click here to see our full listed of supported MLS's.
• Carolina MLS: We have made several updates to property listings from Carolina MLS in order to be compliant with MLS rules. The updates are as follows:
  • Updated the placement of the listing brokerage's information to be closer to the listing details.
  • Updated sold listings to properly display the cooperating brokerage's information.
  • Updated disclaimer text for all pages containing Carolina MLS listings per MLS instructions.
  • Updated DMCA notice to include the contact information for the DMCA notice team at MLS Grid.
• MREIS: We have updated our mapping to reflect new fields and categorizations available from MREIS, including:
  • The following options will be added to the Electric field:
    • Wind Turbine Third-Party Owned
    • Photovoltaics Seller Owned
    • Photovoltaics Third-Party Owned
    • Energy Storage Device
  • Home Battery Storage System will be removed from the Equipment field and mapped the data to Energy Storage Device (new value in the Electric field).
  • Zero Energy Ready Home will be added to the Green Certification field.
  • LEED Certified will be mapped to LEED for Homes (Combined into the one option - LEED for Homes)
  • Unknown will be added as an option to the HERS Certified field
• Northwest Wyoming BOR: We have updated all property cards to display the listing office and listing agent information.
