The following is a curated list of updates to the Boston Logic by Propertybase platform during the week of July 22 - 26, 2019.
New Features
- We have implemented SSOs for both Spacio and AdWerx. SSO functionality for both tools can be set up by going to Settings > Feed & SSO and entering in the requested credentials in the section for that tool. Requested credentials are typically available from the third-party vendor.
MLS Updates
- New MLS's: We now support Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Palm Beach Board of Realtors and Wichita Falls Association of Realtors. For the full, updated list of MLS's we support, please click here.
- i-Tech: Support for new fields for property listing photos.
- MLSPIN: New IDX fields have been approved for display on brokerage websites and are now available on the platform:
- Single Family: Status, HOA Fee, *Total Parking.
- Multi Family: Status, Year Built Description, Construction, Roof Material, Exterior Color, Flooring, Basement Features, Parking Features, # Heat Zones, # Cool Zones, Water Utilities, Sewer Utilities.
- Condominium: Status, Year Built, Year Built Description, Year Converted, Complex Name, Association Fee Includes, Optional Fee, Optional Fee Includes, Other Req. Fee, Other Req. Fee Includes, Roof Material, Basement Features, *Total Parking.
- Land: Status, Assessed Value, Taxes, Tax Year, Association Fee, Water Utilities, Sewer Utilities.
- Commercial/Industrial and Business Opportunity: Status
- Rental: Status, Basement Features, Garage Spaces, Garage Description, Parking Features, *All Room Names, Levels, Sizes and Descriptions.
- Mobile Home: Status, Year Built, Year Built Description, Assessed Value, Taxes, Tax Year, HOA Fee, Construction, Roof Material, Flooring, Basement Features.
- MREIS: The fields Water Front Amount, Water Frontage Owned, and Water Frontage Shared now support decimal values instead of integer values.
- Niagara AOR: Listings from MPAC and Teranet will no longer display square footage due to compliance reasons. Please direct any questions to Niagara AOR.
