Today we’re going to talk about the Office Profile options.
Please note, you also now have the option to configure Office cards to best suit your needs!
Configuring Office Profiles
The Office Profiles information is pulled from the Office Tools data (located in the Office Tools section across the top).
First, you'll choose your column choice at the top which depicts the page layout below. The CMS banner is populated by the Office Header.
Below that, you can drag and drop the tile options on the right in Available Components, into the Page Layout content sections to assign where you’d like them to go.
Please note for the Office agents tile, if offices have selected not to have agents display, the spacing will automatically be adjusted and they will not display. The settings for these tiles apply per profile basis so that all tiles desired can be added without additional setting changes.
Once you’re done customizing the layout, you can save Website Builder in the top right and your changes will display immediately on the Office Index page.
The Office Profiles options consist of:
- CMS Banner (Header title)
- Description
- Office Managers
- Video
- Testimonials
- Office Agents
- Office Employees
- Map
- Active Properties
*Please Note: Alongside both of the Office Profiles title at the top of the page layout screen you’ll see a question mark , this links you directly to the help articles available for that specific option.
