For Super Theme users we have now added a new Configurator for your Office Profiles and Market Insights sections of your site! These can be used to build out your website and customize the end-user experience with great ease. This also allows you to display the most current, impactful and relevant information geared toward your customer base.
To begin using the Configurator for Market Insights, see below!
- First, you'll need to go into the Settings tab on the left.
- Then select the Website Builder tab.
- From here you can go to the Page Design tab.
Within the Page Design tab you’ll see the following options:
- Property Details
- Area Profiles
- Agent Profiles
- Office Profile
- Blog Homepage
- Market Insights
Today we’re going to talk about the Market Insight options.
Please note, you also now have the option to configure Market Summary cards to best suit your needs!
Configuring Market Insights
The Market Insight data is pulled from the information that is in the Content section. Again, in Market Insights you will first select your layout at the top. Included in the layout options is an option for Chart Multi Column. This allows you to display your charts in multiple columns.
Also included are:
- Banner Image: Displays a banner image of your Market Insights
- Header: Market Insight static header
- CMS Content:
- Active properties
- Sold properties
- Market snapshot: This tile is a snapshot of the current market with your Market Insight cards. If you select the settings gear in the Market Snapshot tile, you can select your desired settings for this.
You can display these cards in a grid view or a slider view using the dropdown under Show Market Summary Card Charts. Depending on which view you chose, the market insight card will be interactive for end-users to hover over and see the different values displayed. Currently, these are displayed in yearly intervals per the Market Insights. You can use the + and - signs above the graphs to zoom in and out and you can download the graph images with the collapsed menu icon (also known as the hamburger icon).
Below that, you’ll see the Enabled Stats and Available Stats. You can drag and drop the options you wish to be enabled in the Enabled Stats option. Inside the Enabled Status, you can also drag and drop these tiles to display in any order desired.
The options currently available are:
- Avg. Sale Price/Sq. Ft.
- Avg. Sale Price (% of Asking)
- # Sold Properties
- # New Properties
- Avg. Sale Price
- Avg. Days On Market - Sold Properties
- # Price Changes
- Avg. Asking Price
- Avg. Asking Price/Sq. Ft.
- Avg. List Price - Sold Properties
- # Active Properties
- Avg. Days On Market - Active Properties
- # Currently Active Properties
- Avg. Days On Market - Currently Active Properties
Touching back on the Market Insight layout options, you can also assign each chart a display type. The display type options are a line, bar or area graph. You can also assign a label to each chart.
Again you can drag and drop the tiles into the layout in order to have it included.
Once you have done that you can use the green Save Super Theme in the top right to save this layout. Now, when you navigate back to the Market Insight index page, your updates will be displayed. You can also narrow that market insight down with the dropdown options there and subscribe to different market insights to get notifications on them using the subscribe toggle.
If you have admin access you can create Market Insights by picking Market Insights from the Content dropdown across the top.
