• My Profile > Settings > Configuration > Website Builder

Preset Themes

Make setting up your Brokerage or Agent website a breeze by selecting one of our Theme Presets. This will give your website a consistent look-and-feel on every page.

• Website Builder > Theme Presets
  • There are four Theme Presets to Review:
    • Classic:
      • Minimalist design with sharp corners
    • Colorful:
      • Bold design with rounded corners and lots of color
    • Luxury:
      • Upscale design with large white borders
    • Modern:
      • Modern design with focus on content

• Each Preset Theme will contain the following set design elements:
  • Header, Navigation Option, Page Banner, Button, Footer, Property Cards
    Agent Cards, Area Cards, Office Cards, Market Insight Card, and Market Summary Card.
    

• Preview
  • Each Theme Preset has a Preview link that will display five sample pages of what the design elements would look like on a website. Use the arrows at the top of the page to scroll through each page.
  • Listed below are the sample pages:
    • Agent Index Preview
    • Agent Profile Preview
    • Area Index Preview
    • Area Profile Preview
    • Property Details Preview
  • Live Preview
    • There is a Live Preview link on each page that will display your current website with the new settings applied.
      
  • Select the Preset / Save
    • Click the Select the Preset / Save button to save the Themed Preset
    • The button will display Processing… while it is being saved
       

Global Layouts

The Global Layouts include Header, Navigation Options, Page Banners, Buttons, and Footer designs.

Headers

There are eight Header options available. If a Theme Preset was selected, then the header option will display the corresponding design.

• Theme Presets Styles
  • Classic, Colorful, Luxury Transparent, Modern
• Additional Styles
  • Classic Transparent, Hamburger, Luxury Floating, Modern Stacked
• Background Color
  • This is an option to change the background color of the header
• Collapse Header on Page Scroll
  • Best practice is to leave this optioned checked
    

Navigation Options

There are five Navigation Hover States and two Hover Style options available. Select one Hover State and one Hover Style to view in the Preview. Be sure to scroll over the Preview to see how the Navigation option will function.

If a Theme Preset was selected, then the navigation option will display the corresponding design.

• Hover/Active State
  • Color Change, Dash Above, Dash Below, Highlight/Frame, and Underline
• Hover/Active Style
  • Bold and Outline
• Menu Item Case
  • Change the case style of your Navigation Items. Options are Capitalized, Uppercase, Lowercase, and Leave As Is
• Dropdown Indicator Style
  • Plus/Minus Icon
    
    
  • Chevron Icon
    
    

• Show Dropdown Indicator for Desktop Users
  • Best practice is to leave this optioned checked
    

Page Banners

There are seven Page Banners options available. If a Theme Preset was selected, then the page banner option will display the corresponding design.

• Theme Presets Styles
  • Classic, Colorful, Luxury Transparent, Modern
• Additional Styles
  • Accent, Desaturated, Fade
• Make Banner Images Uniform
  • Best practice is to leave this as Enabled
     

Buttons

There are four Button Corners and two Button Style options available. Select One Button Corner and one Button Style to view the Preview.

If a Theme Preset was selected, then the button option will display the corresponding design.

• Button Corners
  • Hybrid Corners, Pill Corners, Rounded Corners, and Sharp Corners
• Button Styles
  • Outline, and Solid
    

Footers

There are six Footer options available. If you set a Theme Preset, you will see the header that matched that design selected.

• Theme Presets Styles
  • Classic, Colorful, Luxury Transparent, Modern
• Additional Styles
  • Contemporary and Multi Office
• Background Color
  • Color option to change the background color of the footer
    

Card Options

The Card Options include Global Color Options, Property Cards, Agent Cards, Area Cards, Office Cards, Market Insight Cards, Market Summary Cards, and Blog Cards.

Website Builder > Card Options

Colors

• This is a global setting to change the colors of all the card options at the same time.
  • White: is a default color for all the cards
• Brokerage branding colors will display, click the color to apply to all cards on the page
  • Primary, Secondary, Accent, and Tertiary
    

Property Cards

There are eight Property Card options available. If you set a Theme Preset, you will see the header that matched that design selected.

  • Contemporary, Colorful Band, Luxury Small, Modern Address
• Hide Exclusive Search Results Office/Agent Attribution? (Option)
• Show Full Status Name On Property Cards? (Option)

Agent Cards

There are eight Agent Card options available. If you set a Theme Preset, you will see the header that matched that design selected.
