Creating Boost Listing Ads and Agent Ads from PBGO

Brokers, Admin and Agents can purchase their digital marketing through Propertybase GO with multiple intergration points.

What’s New

In PBGO we added multiple Boost intergration points, provisioned all PBGO brokerage accounts and will allow Brokers/Admin to purchase ads for their agents, as well as agents can easily purchase their own Ads though these intergrations.

All Propertybase GO users that are on the Next Gen platform will have access to the Boost Ad Dashboard functionality. 

• Brokers/Admins: Can purchase listing and agent ads for their agents through the Boost Dashboard
• Agents: Can purchase Listing Ads for their listings only and can purchase Agent Ads for themselves 

How to access the Boost Dashboard Landing Page

• Marketing tab > Boost Dashboard

  • Boost Agent:
    • Quick link to purchase your Agent Ad
  • Boost Listing:
    • Quick link to purchase your Listing Ad
  • Manage My Ads:
    • Link directly into your Boost Dashboard to manage all your ads
    • Brokers/Admins can purchase listing and agent ads for their agents through the Boost Dashboard

• Boost Agent:
  • Links the agent into the Boost Agent Cart to purchase their Agent Ad
  • If a new agent is added in PBGO, it will take about 15 minutes to sync the data with Boost

• Boost Listing:
  • Enter the address of the listing you want to Boost, click Boost Listing
    • The listing must belong to the agent or office that is creating the Boost Listing
  • This will link the agent into the Boost Listing Cart to purchase their listing ad
• Notes: Listing Syncs
  • If there is a new Listing added into PBGO and is not yet in the MLS, it will take about 30 min for that listing to sync with Boost.
  • If there is a new listing entered into the MLS, it could take up to a 1 hour for the MLS to sync with Boost. (The timing could vary depending on the MLS feed)

• Manage My Account when logged in as an Agent:
  • This will link the Agent into the Boost Ad Dashboard
    • If the agent has never purchased an ad, they will need to update their settings and add their credit card information before purchasing an ad
  • An Agent can update their Account Settings by clicking on the caret next to their name in the top right corner
    
    

• Click on Account Settings
  
  
  
• Review Settings
  • Edit Profile
    • Agent and office data was imported from PBGO, but you may want to review to make sure everything is correct
  • Change Password
    • Update your password if you want to be able to directly login to Boost without going through PBGO
  • Boost Notifications Preferences
    • Update what Boost email notifications you would like to receive
  • Boost Settings
    • Add a Credit Card to purchase ads
      
  • Agent purchasing a Listing Ad
    • Click on the Boost icon at the top of the page to return to the Dashboard
    • Agent’s listings have been imported from PBGO
    • Select your listing by clicking on Create listing ad
    • This will link you into the Boost Listing Cart to purchase their listing ad
      
      

• Agent purchasing an Agent Ad
  • From the Boost Dashboard, click Your Preview Ad or Set-up your campaign to purchase your own agent ad
    
    
• Manage My Account when logged in as a Broker/Admin
  • This will link to the Broker/Admin into the Boost Ad Dashboard
  • Synced Data from PBGO
    • Branding colors, agent roster and photos, office roster, and listing data
  • If a Broker/Admin has not purchased an ad on behalf of their agents, you will need to update your settings and add credit card information. To do this, follow the same process as Agents.

• Purchasing ads on behalf of an agent in your office
  • Name only
    • Select your name only and Account Settings to update your information and to add credit card information
    • If you are a Broker and you want to promote your own listings, then follow the same process as the agents.
  • Company only
    • Select Company only if you want to purchase on behalf of agents in your office
    • Note: the correct Credit Card info will need to be set up under your individual account first.
      
      
  • Purchase Listings Ad for your Agent
    • On the Boost Dashboard you will see all your office listings
    • Select listing by clicking on Create listing ads to purchase a listing ad for your agent

• Purchase Agent Ads for your Agent
  • Click on Admin at the top of the Boost Dashboard
  • Agent roster will appear and click on Create ad
    
    
    
• Purchase Brokerage Promotional Ads
  • On the Boost Dashboard you will be able to set up Brokerage Ads for your office or recruiting purposes
  • Click Your preview ad or Set-up your campaign to create your Brokerage Ad

 Other ways to access the Boost Ad Dashboard from the PBGO Dashboard

• PBGO Dashboard > Boost Ad Dashboard

• This links directly into your Boost Dashboard to manage all your ads
• Brokers/Admins can purchase listing and agent ads on behalf of their agents through the Boost Dashboard

• My Profile > Boost Ad Dashboard

Boost Listing can be accesses from the Listing Details Page

• When an Agent is logged in, click on Listing tab
• Select listing that you would like to boost
  • The agent needs to be the listing agent to boost the listing from this page
    
• Boost Listing will link the agent into the Boost Listing Cart to purchase their listing ad
  

Boost Agent can be accesses under Edit Profile

• When an Agent is logged in, click on My Profile, Edit Profile

• Boost Agent will link the agent into the Boost Agent Cart to purchase their agent ad
