How to Verify Email Sender [Next Gen] Follow
Purpose:
If your email address does not match your company domain, then you will need to verify your email address so that your emails will be sent from your email address. Otherwise, your emails will be sent from hello@propertybase.com.
- Considerations:
- This will not work if you are using a Gmail or Yahoo email address. This is a limitation of those email services.
- This is a limitation from Gmail and Yahoo as @gmail and @yahoo addresses are domains used for many users and identification is not possible.
- We do suggest utilizing a specific domain.

- Until you verify your email address, your emails will be sent from this system from hello@propertybase.com.
- We will set the Reply to send you any emails that a customer may reply to. This doesn’t not always display to the customer.
- This will not work if you are using a Gmail or Yahoo email address. This is a limitation of those email services.
Step 1:
- Follow the system provided warnings
- Click the orange warning notice in next to your Profile icon in the top right corner to open My Profile
- Click on Edit Profile
- You will see the warning appear under your email
Step 2:
- Click the Verify Email Sender link
- You will get a message that says, You should receive an email with your verification token. Please enter it in the text box.
- An email will be sent to you from SendGrid
Step 3:
- Check your emails, open the email from SendGrid
- Subject: Please Verify Your Single Sender
- Click the Verify Single Sender button in the middle of the email
- Copy the entire URL (starting with the https)
- Highlight the entire URL, (Control C) to copy and (Control V) to paste
- Go back to your profile page in the CRM
Step 4:
- On your Profile page, click in the box ‘Enter your single sender verification code’ under your email address
- Paste (Control V) the entire URL in the box provided ‘Enter your single sender verification code’ starting with the https
- Click the Submit button
- If you do not receive the link from SendGrid, you can click the Re-Send Email Sender Token
- Once the code is submitted and verified the box will disappear and you will get a message that says, ‘You have been successfully verified!’
- Click anywhere on the top navigation bar to refresh and remove the warning next to your profile icon.
- Once this is complete, all emails will be sent from your email address.
