Follow Up Tasks are automatic items that are assigned to Agents and Brokers with a default delay of 24 hours. These can be turned off or the time frame adjusted.
Step by Step:
admin > inline menu > settings > lead
1. Starting on the Admin page, open the menu via the circle icon and select "settings"
2. Once in the settings menu, click on Lead on the left hand side of the menu:
3. Under the Lead tab, adjust the settings in this box:
The number in this box signifies hours. You can alter the delay for the task to be assigned or you can turn it off by changing the number to "0".
Differences Between Agent and Brokers:
Brokers will be able to complete this for Brokerage sites and Agents will be able to complete this within their own Child sites.
