How to Add Multiple Contacts When Creating a New Transaction Follow
When creating a new TransactionDesk or Zipforms Transaction you can add multiple contacts.
- Listing tab
- Search for listing and select
- Listing Options (dropdown) > New Transaction
- Select Transaction product (TransactionDesk or ZipForms)
- Under Contacts start typing the contacts first or last name and the contact should pop-up. Select the contacts name.
- Start entering the next name.
- Listing Options (dropdown) > New Transaction
- Search for listing and select
- Note:
- TransactionDesk will allow for unlimited number of contacts to be entered
- ZipForms will allow for two contacts to be added

Once the Transaction is created, you will see the names appear on the Transaction Index page under the Client section. This field is truncated so you might not be able to see all the names depending on how many you add.

You can SSO into the TransactionDesk or ZipForms and all the contacts you added will be included in the transaction record.
