Release Notes: July 21, 2017 Follow
The following is a curated list of changes made to the Boston Logic platform during the week of July 21, 2017.
New Features
Less Frequent Saved Searches
Path: Admin – Leads – Lead Detail View Page – Saved Searches – New Saved Search
Now when a lead signs up for a saved search on a public facing client website or an agent creates a saved search for a lead in the admin they will have the option to decide the cadence of the saved search emails. The user can choose “Daily (default), Weekly & Monthly.” The saved search will then deliver all properties with status changes that have occurred in the intervening time period. Learn more about setting up saved searches.
Paperless Pipeline Transaction Management Integration
Path: Admin – Transactions
The Boston Logic Platform is now integrated with Paperless Pipeline (PP) a leading transaction management system. The main difference between the PP integration and other transaction management integrations is that PP does not allow third parties to send information into their system. For this reason there is no “Create Transaction” action as part of this integration. What PP does allow us to do is to pull in transaction statuses from the PP system and display them in the Transactions section of the Boston Logic System.
Setup for PP for a new client does not involve any-agent facing tasks, the setup occurs in the back end and is handled by the Boston Logic team. When it is set up the Boston Logic Deals section will be replaced by a “Transactions” section populated by PP.
DotLoop Transaction Management Integration
Path: Admin – Transactions
The Boston Logic Platform is now integrated with DotLoop. The DotLoop integration is functionally identical to our DocUsign integration that was defined in a previous product release notes.
To enable DotLoop on your Boston Logic system first contact your Client Success Manager to enable the connection on your Boston Logic Platform. Learn more about our DotLoop integration.
Sales Exclusive Resources Now Visible on Public Facing Website
Path: Admin – Properties – Exclusive Listing – Listing Edit Screen
When editing an exclusive property you can add elements like iFrames and URL links to supporting resources in the “Resources” section of the exclusive listing edit screen. Now the elements you add to this area will be displayed on the public facing listing detail page for that listing.
New Searchable MLS Field “Lot Size”
Path: Admin – Settings – Configuration – MLS – Lot Size
You can now enable “Lot Size” as a searchable field in both front end and back end property searches.
New Single Sign on Integration with RealScout
Setup Path: Admin – Settings – Feeds and SSO – RealScout
Path – Admin – Quick Action Drawer – RealScout
For clients who also use RealScout you can now enable a Single Sign On connection between the two systems.
Sold Listing Feed to Next Door
We now have a sold listing feed to NextDoor allowing Brokers to feature their sold listings on the neighborhood focused social media platform. This is surfaced as an XML feed that can be turned on at the company level by the Boston Logic Team.
