Propertybase Websites are now armed with time-based lead routing. If you're an admin, you may have noticed that the lead routing rules you're used to seeing under Settings > Leads (including Advanced Lead Distribution, Auto-Assignment, and Click to Claim) are no longer there. This is because we've introduced a calendar option, so you may adjust how leads are routed depending on the time they are created. To find this and modify it simply....
Navigate to the site's Settings.
1. Click on your photo in the back end
2. Click on Settings.
Navigate to the new Lead Routing Time Blocks Section..
3. Scroll down and click on the "Lead Routing Time Blocks"
From here, the screen will display a calendar that can be modified. If you hover over any of the sections, the screen will display the lead routing settings applied to the selected area. This will come in handy, if you're going to use different lead routing methods at different times. You'll notice that your old settings are inherited to this section.

For any blocks of time that are blank or "paused", no leads will be assigned. The leads that come in during this time will be placed in a “lead routing queue”. Any leads that come in during that time will essentially sit in a queue until the next lead routing window opens up, and then the leads should be distributed following that specific lead routing strategy. This includes leads who sign up on an agent's exclusive listing. This will come in handy, if you have any blocks of time where lead routing can wait.
For example, in the screenshot below, since there are no settings for the weekend, no leads will be assigned until 12am Monday.
