Emails Going to Spam Follow
Is your email going to Spam or are emails not being sent at all?
Often this is due to incorrect or missing DKIM and SPF Records within your DNS settings. Please follow the steps below. The Customer Support team will ask for screenshots to help troubleshoot the issue.
Step 1:

Verify that your DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) and SPF Records (Sender Policy Framework) are set up correctlyThe following Help Docs provide the required values for the DNS section of your domain

Please take screenshots of your DNS settings so that we may verify your account is set up correctly
Step 2:

If the development team determines that your DKIM and SPF Records are set up correctly, then support will ask you to complete the following items

Step 3: Set up a DMARC Report for each of your website domains

Step 4: Fill out two Google Documents

How to implement DMARC
You will need to login to your domain provider's account -
Create a DMARC record for each of your domains

You will need to use an active email address where you will receive these reports

When you receive the emailed report, please forward this to support@propertybase.com so that we may further investigate the issue.
